Refund and Cancellations

Terms and Conditions, cancellations and Refund Policy for MindFluential from February 14th, 2019, revised March 2024:

Coaching Sessions

  • No Shows Receive No Refund. (We will endeavour to rebook for a later date).
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment receive no refund (We will endeavour to rebook for a later date).
  • Cancellations within 7 days of appointment concur a 15% admin fee.
  • More than 7 days cancellation receive a full refund.
  • Incomplete coaching arrangements receive no refund.

Trainings, Seminars and Retreats

  • All tickets to events and seminars are non - refundable.
  • All deposits for trainings are non - refundable.
  • Retreat fees are non-refundable but we will transfer you to the next available one.
